Not that I'm aware of..........I'd check with your doctor before taking anything else.

I dont like to take any medicines or things like that even when im not pregnant so when my wisdom teeth were coming through,I used to gargle with mouthwash, I think it was listerine its called, cant quite remember. It always seemed to help me,dont know why but it did lol

I would go to the dentist hun. Dental care is free in the UK during pregnancy. it could be a wisdom tooth erupting, a filling or if it's an absys (sp) it needs treating soon as it can get worse and can cause blood poisoning. The dentist will know if antibiotics are needed and the best course of treatment just make it clear that you are pregnant and don't accept anything you are not sure about as some dentists can be very pushy when it comes to treatment no matter what the circumstance is

Dentist sounds sensible, the Doc will be able to prescribe cocodemol though which should be stronger than paracetomol. Having said that, I'm only just 12 weeks and went to Doc yesterday and he OK'd me for allsorts of things, even codeine! I don't want to take them but it helps me manage knowing the option would be there.
