How lazy I've become

I'm so ashamed LOL

Last night I decided to attempt a couple of light exercises that I found in my one pregnancy magazine. (What? 6 months isn't too late to start is it? LOL)

They were more like stretches but I also did a couple of leg lunges and squats (had to support myself otherwise I would've fallen over)
I think all in all I was active for maybe 2 minutes. It felt like I'd just run a marathon!!!

I've been doing a little walking here and there but nothing near what I was doing before I fell pregnant. My knees and hips felt like they were going to fall off and my thighs felt like they would give way any second.

I have become sooooo lazy. It's terrible!!

Yeah i keep meaning to do some, i even went out and bought some weights as i noticed my arms are getting slightly flabby as i realised that since i found out i was pregnant which was when i was 5 weeks i haven't lifted anything heavier than my handbag, but they are still sat in the box!

Haha, I know what you mean. Exercisewise, I haven't done anything at all so far during the pregnancy. Every week I say I will definitely go to the prenatal yoga classes this week. I swear I will start next week!!

So true. When jenjen mentioned them, I did some .

Exercise? What's exercise?

I thought when you were pregnant, you were to let it all go and then moan for the rest of your life about it. That's what I do anyways

Your little girl. LOL

When she starts giving you issues..."I carried you around for nine months of my life."
