I'm Currently Feeling:

I've read about them in a mag (prima pregancy 1 i think) am thinkin of giving them a try as they got 8 or 9/10 as far as i can remember. It did say however that midwifes don't recommend it (no idea why). I've only bought a hypnosis cd for child birth so far just to see how that goes http://www.natalhypnotherapy.co.uk/ but am still considerin the box sets of liquids u can buy. Will av a look for that article tonight and post the web site it recommended if i can find it again!!

readin the booklet inside i don't think so its a must, it recommends he joins in to tho and that you listen to it on a stereo so baba can hear aswell. You buy the music for the actual birth which, as far as i can figure out is reminds you to go into a relaxed state. I haven't actually listened to the cd yet, only arrived saturday, thinkin of givin it a go tonight actually. You do have to tell your midwife you're using this cd tho and theres a booklet inside the case that tells her what its does.

I seen this used on a pregnancy program the other day. Had all different things in it, for calming and waking you up etc. Salts I think they were for sniffing, so I'd guess you would need someone there to help you with it.
