measuring your bump Help!

Hi Girls,

Hope you all had alovely weekend, we painted the nursery and got our carpet ordered so things are moving on. My question is how do we measure our bumps? as the midwife measured mine last week and wrote it down as 25 cm but i can't figure where she got that from as i got hubby to measure it and i got 33 cm so obviously i'm doing it wrong, i did get some info from a magazine but it wasn't in laments terms and i think that's what i need! Cheers Girls x

Hiya,
You measure from the top of your pubic bone to the top of your uterus ( if you can feel it, thats the difficult bit )

You should usually measure 3cm in either direction from your current fetal growth. Usually from the pubic bone to the top of your bump, and I mean where it stops feeling like a football to the touch.
