cramps!


Hi everyone!

Was having really bad cramps last night...was worrying a little but thought they might be stretching pains?! Should you get them at this stage??

Now this morning my bump has gone! Whats happened im worried?!!

hi holly not sure about the cramps but ive been getting the odd cramp too i thought they are proberly stretching pains but not sure . violet xx

My bump can be massive at one point in the day then almost non existant the next!! Dont worry, I'm sure the cramps are stretching and bubs has changed hiding place.

I got loads of cramps at that stage, your uterus expands a lot around that time! And the round ligament cramps were quite painful!

As for the bump disappearing, I notice that mine has days where it looks smaller than at other times

I still get cramps.... have then right now!! It is worrying...!!! But Im sure its fine oooh I have heartburn too!!

Stretching pains are really common all the way through pregnancy and especially the point where you are (big growth spurt for baby and uterus on the way). You will often feel them down the sides of your uterus.

Also baby moves position quite a lot and this can change the shape/size of your bump.

Hey, I agree with all the rest here, stretching pains are very normal the whole way through pregnancy.
Also my bump comes and goes sometimes! Try not to worry too much but if its really getting to you talk to your MW-she should put your mind at rest,

I even went into hospital at 19+6 with what I thought were contractions. Turned out they were stretching pains.
