Baby space in utorus

I just wondered if anyone can tell me roughly when baby will run out of free swimming space and if i should not be lying on my back anymore?

I think you're advised not to lie on your back because it puts pressure on some main arteries that lead to your heart or something like that. So I read. I find it uncomfortable anyway because of the weight of bump now. Not sure about space, I suppose it depends on your size x

Starts running out of space at 30 weeks ish. You can lie on your back whenever, but the pressure might be too much, and you might get dizzy, as your blood pressure my drop.
