My wee man has chicken pox. I've never had it so chance is are I'm going to get it within the next 10 days or so. But I've got to go for a blood test to be sure that I don't have an immunity.

It does say that after the first 3 months of pregnancy, chicken pox won't do any harm, but still slightly worried!!

But it's one of those things and I'm glad hes got it sooner than later.

Sorry to hear that. poor little thing. I had chicken pox in the summer when I was younger and it didn't half itch!

And you know,my sister only had one chicken pox on her head so there's a possibility you had it but hadn't noticed...

My little girl got the chicken pox this morning. Poor little things it must be terrible for them. So i rang the doctor i have had them thank godness, but he said he would like me to have a blood test done anyway. Don't want to worry u but he told me if u haven't had them i can affect the baby . But i would just be careful.

gosh, must be pox season as DH's 2 brothers have just caught it the past day! Your little guy must be so itchy atleast chicken pox only happens once! hope you are fine yourself, hun.

There must be an outbreak out of CP. My two brothers have it.

I was going to post a similar thread as my 3 year old little boy has woken up pickled in chickpox today. Taking him to see the doctor later today. Hope all your little ones that have got them all feel better soon xx

Aww, totally feel sorry for your little boy, I hated having chicken pox and being constantly itchy!
