I'm Currently Feeling: | It just means that they are not lubricated enough and that is why you are having pain. Physio will help you with that. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Some times hormone change and weather can effect this, and extra weight on your joins. The less the lubericant between the bones means they'll be rubbing against one another causing you aches and pains. Hopefully physio will loosen it all back up for you x | | | | Status: Offline

| Physio will give you excersizes that will isolate the problem areas and help to promote better circulation and usage of those areas. Most people put more wear on some joints and not as much on others... large weight gains, weather and pregnancy aggravate these little problems. | | | | Status: Offline
