I heard that there is this great pillow called the Dream Genii (not sure if that is how you spell it!), which you can get for around £30 and can use afterwards as a feeding pillow. I am considering getting it, as like you I feel a bit of heaviness on my sides when I sleep. I usually use a second pillow as a prop - probably annoys hubbie as it takes up over half the bed!
