I use 2 normal pillows - I found the body pillow not long enough 'cause I'm tall - one between my legs & one for my body. I have a friend who LOVES her body pillow. And I have another friend who didn't want to spend the money & just rolled up an extra comforter & stuffed it inside a body pillow pillowcase.

I definitely find the waking up to pee so often the biggest obstacle to a good night's sleep. Especially as our neighbour's dogs bark SOOO much - that'll keep me up for awhile each time I wake - ugh!

How good are maternity pillows? I'm uncomfortable trying to get to sleep and was wondering if it was worth getting one?

Thanks for all your comments ladies it is really helpful!

The funniest is that my aunty dropped round a maternity pillow out of the blue which my cousin doesn't need anymore. It was funny though as I had no idea how to use it am so stupid! it is a horse shoe shape and I tried through my legs and not very comfortable and it is too hard to go under bump as that didn't feel comfortable either - any ideas??
