I bleed up until 16/17weeks and quite heavily. Be careful because you are bleeding and open you could get an infection. That happened to me, the end result was not good.

Just popped in to see if anyone else had had to deal with a bleed in the 2nd tri too.

Unfortunately i had one on Sunday of last week. Got up in the morning and used the loo, was washing my hands and thought i had wet myself (i dont normally wet myself i hasten to add! Not yet anyway!) I went to sit back down on the loo and found blood running down my legs and pooling onto the floor.
I was terrified and so was the OH. The ambulance arrived and i went to hospital & spent a few hours being checked over before they would release me.
The same thing happened again on the Monday too!

Thankfully all has been well since and i have the 20 week scan on Monday so fingers crossed baby will be ok.

I had bleeding the other day (last weekend) i didnt go to see anyone though cos i'm too chicken, i just used the doppler and the HB still there, scared me to death tho.
