I'm Currently Feeling: 



THREE times last night!!!


My leg cramps woke me up 3 times last night!!!! All 3 times I have to jump out of bed and walk on it!!! Half asleep and nearly in tears it hurts that bad!!!
This morning my calfs feel very very tight!!
Is it normal.... this isnt the first time it has happened.... but indeed the first time it has happened to me 3 times!!!

it always happens to me.. Doc said its Siatica (spelling!) Nothing they can do, but hot water bottle on the bottom of my back always helps

Leg cramps are apparently due to lack of potassium. Try eating some bananas. I always get cramp when i'm pregnant, it's very common, so at least it's nothing to worry about.

The thread title had me thinking you'd had a really good night

Not so pleasureable I see !!

I'm not certain, but I think crams are from a vitamin deficiency or something.. but unfortunately they also come part and parcel of pregnancy. Hope it eases off for you

yeah unfortunately it is normal and it is agony. I am woken up most nights with cramp in my legs people recommended drinking a glass of milk or eating a banana but it didnt help me with mine. Might work for you tho

Me too!

I'm seeing it and thinking what a dirty title...but lucky girl.

Hope you feeling better.Try the hot water bottle,they are good with pain...

I went through a stage of cramp in the night (sometimes it was upto 9-10 times). I'm fine now though, quite comfortable actually. I think my pregnancy might be backwards LOL

I thought it was about potty breaks. LOL

I've had those cramps while not pregnant and they hurt like heck. I feel for you! Not sure what it could be but I always thought that perhaps I moved wrong in the middle of the night.

However, a vitamin deficiency could explain it.

haha dirty little minds I see!!!

Haha.... fraid big bump gets too much in the way hehe

I have midwife next week so will probably mention it!!! What with my water retention round my knees and my feet have definetly got fatter too!! Gosh the joys of pregnancy ey!!!
