Nosebleed!

I've had 2 really bad nose bleeds today. Not had them since I was a teenager! It was a real shock to the system, really gushing out of me! Has anyone else experienced this at all? I don't think it is anything to worry about (googled and apparently it can happen in 2nd tri) but am a little worried it signifies BP problem or something. Thanks!

I've heard that it can be common in pregnancy, because in some women the nose dries out more...

Increased blood flow will cause that. Have you sneezed alot, or is your blood pressure up a bit?

I had one the other night at work when I sneezed. I haven't had one since I was a kid either, but I read that it happens. Sucks, eh.
