What Do Hiccups Feel Like?

I am 26 weeks pregnant (my last week on this board with you girls!), and I keep reading that baby masters hiccups like he would master breathing and that you would feel them many times in a day.

But... I'm not sure if I DO feel hiccups? I feel movement tons in 1 day... but I put all movement down to kicking.

Can anyone please describe to me what hiccups feel like etc, so that I may be able to tell if I do actually feel them? And what if I don't? Is that bad?

I have not felt what can be described on the websites as a rumbling or anything like that x

I feel my own pulse in my tum sometimes, but put that down to increased blood flow making my heart beat sort of be felt through it if that makes sense? lol

I felt DS hiccup a lot during my last pregnancy but it was pretty much after 30 wks I think, I seem to remember it being toward the end of the pregnancy when I was big. It may sound stupid but it feels like hiccuping you´ll know when it happens, it´s regular "jumping" or as you said "pulsating" movements, they were quite quick, one after the other X

Once you feel it, you will definitely know. Just like the other posters said, it's like a pulsating feeling and more than likely in the same spot.

It is a different feeling than baby's regular movements and although it can be cute most times, it can be a bit annoying. LOL

A really regular little pop in your tummy. Ethan had them pretty much constantly, and as Leeanne said, it is very cute, but gets annoying after a while It's a really good sign, coz it mean bubs it breathing and swallowing well.

It feels to me like popping in the exact same place, never gets harder or softer, and it has sort of a pulse like rhythm + goes on for quite awhile sometimes.
