Yes i get that aswell but it only started badly in the past 10/14 days. I've found that puttin a maternity wedge under the bump when i sleep helps a lot. Depending on how much your showin (if at all) u might wanna try putting the duvet under your bump, c if that helps? Then think about gettin a maternity wedge when u get bigger. They're 10 pound new from mothercare and about a fiver (used) on ebay.

I've had that too, mainly when sneezing or coughing but also when rolling over in bed. Don't think it's anything to worry about hun.
