Well.... not recently.... I can sometimes hear myself snoring!!!
My OH works nights mainly but I sometimes keep him awake on his nights off!!
its only recent and its quite odd!!

In the first tri I had a couple of nose bleeds, and a highly congested nose!! It went away but now its back again!! It doesnt feel like blocked nose you get in a cold but just heavily congested! I cant sleep with my mouth closed!!
Does anyone else have this prob?!?

I don't have that but have something a bit strange.

When I start falling asleep I keep making this groaning noise. LOL Seriously. First I thought it was because I was sick as I've done it before when I have been. But I am starting to feel better now so I don't know what the heck is going on. My OH has been bugging me about it. I wonder if it's when I go to sleep and the baby kicks me or something and then I groan.

Lol this made me laugh cos lately I've been waking myself up with one big loud snore. My OH was watching telly in bed the other night and I did one big snore and woke myself up and we both landed up just looking at each other and laughing. So I can sympathise xXx

Yep.. im heavily congested atm but dunno if that's my hayfever or not

its so odd isnt it.... when i wake myself up, im not sure if its snoring or just really heaving breathing!! And now you come to mention the groan lol... sure ive done that!!

This happens to me alll the time lol i also wake myself up with odd shuddering fits (like the ones u get when u dream ur falling out of bed or sumit)or ill think im still awake and have a shuddering fit my OH goes mad cuz i scare him with it and he hates it
