hi, its most probably to be lined to blood pressure. when you have low blood pressure (i do anyway) i get dizzy at times and am often sick, and feel like i will get a black out!
Apparently as we progress through pregnancy we will be pumping more blood around the body and heart working hard, so this lowers blood pressure levels and dizzyness and nausea occurs often. get it checked though - if its to low its dangerous - low blood pressure is much more dangerous than high blood pressure. hope it helps

I've always been told it is much better to have lower, than high bood pressure, and it's only dangerous to you, in that you may fall and injure yourself.

low pressure is dangerous if it is extremely low. i only have moderatly low blood pressure so not to dangerous.

i would get it checked because you may just be low and they can check you, make sure nothing happens...

I get this occasionally, just get light headed and faint and feel sick all of a sudden. Lots of water will help or something with a bit of sugar in. However I'm anaemic so just get your MW to check your blood. If you are they'll prescribe iron tablets for you which will make you feel less sleepy and faint. Hope you start to feel better soon =] x
