Epigastric/Chest Pain......worried!

Hi all, im after some advice!
I woke this morning with epigastric( chest) pain( at the very top of my little bump), i was sure it would go off but hasnt! I havent eaten until luchtime today so im sure it isnt indigestion as i had the pain before.
Ive been to work at luch time, and told my boss i wasnt feeling to good so she sent me home and ordered i spoke to my midwife!.... which worried me!
As some of you may i know im a nurse, but i havent been lifting or doing anything i shoulnt be!
I feel alittle silly phoning my midwife about something so stupid that is probably nothing! Any ideas?!!

Top of your bump... does it kinda move up between your boobs and hurt when you breathe in?

Nope, doesnt move between my boobs! Nothings making it any better!
Ive just spoken to my midwife who thinks it could be gallbladder problems!!!!
Now got an appointment with my doctor in 2 hours!
This is a crap day!
