I'm Currently Feeling: | Cramps Since I've been pregnant I have been getting cramps in my left foot/left leg!!
I get it about twice a week....
In early hours of this morning I woke up with the worst leg cramp ever!! I was holding it hard, rubbing it but nothing was helping!! I was in tears!!
It eventually went away after a min or so but left my calf feeling quite sore!
Does anyone else get this & is there anything I can do to help it? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Lots of water during the day. Also apparently milk or yoghurt before bed can help against cramp. |

| I've been getting this occasionally - though not as bad as yours sounds.
I found this which might be helpful - bananas are good apparently! http://www.babycentre.co.uk/pregnanc...eep/legcramps/
Hope this helps |

I'm Currently Feeling: | My grandma used to call those "Charlie Horses". I don't know if there is a cure, but I used to get charlie horses when I was younger and they do hurt! I know stretching frequently helps a bit, but I don't know what would prevent them. Sorry hun! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks for asking the question - I've been suffering badly over the past few days - woke up with leg cramps 3 times last night - once it was both legs at the same time and took ages to settle - one legs was about 10 or 15 minutes - agony.
I know that sometimes I don't drink enough so will try drinking more water to see if that helps. | | | | Status: Offline

Also my friend told me that if I get a cramp then I should stretch that leg out further!! It sounded weird but I tried it & it does work!! | | | | Status: Offline
