No, that would not make you still be in the 1st trimester. There are 9 months in a pregnancy divided by three trimesters means that each trimester is 3 months long. So at 3.96 months you are into your second trimester.

hey i remember reading this on here somewhere before and i copied this from the forum for future reference...

Month 1 = Weeks 1-4
Month 2 = Weeks 5-8
Month 3 = Weeks 9-13
Month 4 = Weeks 14-17
Month 5 = Weeks 18-21
Month 6 = Weeks 22-26
Month 7 = Weeks 27-30
Month 8 = Weeks 31-35
Month 9 = Weeks 36-40

close but dont think its accurate.... as that chart goes on the basis that there is 4 weeks in a month!!!
i think its fair to say I am 5 months pregnant as I am due end of august.... we are now end of april.... so may, june, july, august! 4 months left!!

40 Weeks do not equal 10 months lol. Every month does not have 28 days in it

My midwife actually told me, and i read in a book, thats its 9 and a half months pregnancy should last, not 9
