but thats not practical.
all my family smoke so i cant store all the baby stuff at theirs and hubbys family dont live near us so again not practical.

Mrs N it is an old wives tale that I have heard from a few people, dont worry about it too much!!

Is ur border from babies r us too?

i dont believe any of it! procreation is vital and i dont think a stroller/crib or blankie will screw with LIFE itsself!

i love it but i NEED a nursing chair so i can sit in there and enjoy it.

Our nursery isn't anywhere near that yet LOL
Still looks like a hospital theatre.

I don't believe in all those tales. What do they expect you to do? Wait till baby arrives then rush around like a headless chicken buying everything?

As soon as the nursery is finished (painting etc) then I'm going to be putting all the furniture in. Obviously the bedding will be left till later so it doesn't gather too much dust.
