had a row - felt churning in stomach

can't help but worry after I had a row, with all my tighting of the stomach when I was shouting, and the fact that I was shouting, my baby must have turned or jumped,,basically it moved suddenely because I felt a strong stong rumble in the bump. I felt awful afterwards for shocking it. I'm being ridiculous though to think i could do damage. I'm determined to be in more control over my emotions from now on, as I dont' want to cause stress for the bump.

Don't worry too much, I have rowed loads with OH (blaming my hormones)...but it did cause me to worry. I have now decided after seeing him that its not fair and I will rein in my emotions.
Pregnancy is hard, but your little one is fine. xx

Don't stress; I'm a teacher, and one of the first times I felt our LO move was when I was tearing a strip off a class for being poorly behaved. He really did object!
