for those who have back problems

just thought I would post my recent discovery, The Belly Band......great invention!!! I got one yesterday and the support you get from it is wonderful!!!
I have back problems even before preggers and wore a back support...never even thought they would have one for bumps....
I almost feel I could do a cartwheel..if I knew how
I paid a lot for it but was sooooo worth it...
I hope this helps
good luck all

I'm not sure about the belly support bands, but another thing that I would highly recommend for those who are having back pain is ... swimming!

I have been taking a prenatal aquafit class, and it makes such a big difference. My back feels good for two days afterwards. If you don't have a class nearby, just getting in the water and moving around helps tremendously.

Mr Dr. said it was perfectly safe to use.
Here in ontario, (Canada) you can get them at any pharmacy and it was around $85 bucks. there was a # to call but that was at the Dr.s office on the wall, so of course I didn't wright it down.... only because there was a pharmacy right there and didn't need to....
