What a relief for you! With my daughter, quite late on in my pregnancy, I once ran to make a midwife appointment, after a stressful morning at work. The baby's heartrate was well over 200bpm, I was told to sit around in the waiting room for half an hour, and if it didn't calm down I'd have to go to be checked out at the hospital. Luckily once I'd had a rest the baby did too!
