beef casarole :

beef, potatoes, onions, courgette, mushroom, capsicum, carrot and any other vegie you feel like, garlic, cracked pepper, beef stock, chopped tomatoes, chilli (to taste)

Cook all together in oven for about 2/3 hours (you want all the vegies to reduce) checking on it every now and then, then mix in a little bit of gravy powder to thicken up, then your done =) easiest dinner in the world!!!!!!! =) hope that helped xo

Jacket potato...stab holes in it, stick it in the microwave til soft-ish, then put it in the oven for 30-40 mins....You hardly have to do anything!

Then put tuna mayo or cheese and beans or coleslaw on top and voila...Stick some salad on the side and not only a quick and easy meal but a healthy one too!!!

A really quick tea i do is cook tagletelle, chop some parmaham, mushrooms, fresh spinich & a little garlic in a frying pan. Add two table spoons of philidelphia (plain is ok but i prefer one of the ones with herbs in), some milk & stir so it makes a sauce then add to the taglitelle after draining.

Normally takes me about 10 mins to prepair & cook.

Mmm I like the sound of that may try that tomorrow night.

Im doing a thai green chicken curry tonight with sticky rice. Quivk and easy, just add the coconut milk and paste and whatever green veg u like, im using spring onion mainly. Sticky rice just needs soaking in water for a few hrs before cooking and it comes out yummy!
