A Question i Can't Ask My Mum

a bit TMI and personal,

Last night DH and i did the deed, and as usual after my bump when tight, then in the night i was woke by really strong period cramps, its been happenening now for a few weeks after we have had sex im woke in the night. we have now decided to lay off sex til bubs is here,
i never had this with my previous 2 our lovelife carried on as normal.

i was wondering if anyone else is experiencing the same or has in the past.

That happened to me at 20 weeks with my first so i never had sex again during the pregnancy. This time i havnt had sex since 12 weeks! I feel so bad for my oh but im scared ive left it to long and it will just cause complications.

I think they are braxton hicks to make your stomach go hard.

It is really common and is your uterus contracting, it isn't dangerous to bubs or anything but if you are both happy to wait till after bubs that is your call.
Speak to your Dr or MW and see what they have to say

ive had BH before its just they,ve never woke me til i was in labour. when im having the pain my tum isnt hard like it is when im having a BH

we had this too hun as above its uterus contracting...pretty darn scary tho isnt it!! xx

it happens to me too. i don't know what it is tho but i'm not worried about it as i feel normal by morning.

That happened to me too, was quite worried actually, my tummy felt all crampy and went solid!!! I was worrying incase something was wrong x

it sounds pretty commen.. i usually dont do it with OH regulary as im still being really cautious and dont want anything to happen. everyone says its fine to have sex whilest pregnant..
