Second 20 Week Scan Again After Bad Experience - Page 2

I went back again because the first time the baby was laid funny for the spine check and I wanted to make sure it was okay more pics was just a bonus

Congrats on your boy - BTW I am also having a boy (very definitely) and I was as sick as a dog in first tri so I don't know how much truth there is to that old wives' tale

Oh, just your post seemed to focus on the pics, and in your last about your previous anomaly scan you said you were most upset about the bad pictures!

I was, but I when I rang my midwife I told her about the bad position for a spine scan on the notes I was given and she arranged another scan for that I doubt she would of arranged me one for more pictures! I'm just glad hes healthy thats all that matters, I don't think anyone should be given blurry pictures of something so special I think anyone would be upset at that i didn't mean to come across as if the pictures mattered more

i went for a scan last week and had a foreign doctor ignore me and ask my mum did i understand english...mum found this hilarious i found it insulting :S then he told me HES a ver y active baby...i wanted to know what i was havin but imagine if i didnt? i asked is it a boy then he z i dont know im not expert i z so y did u say HES active he said...u have scan 20 week scan they tell you... hmmm but was just glad to know baby was ok and to see it moving around as normal

have to say tho my midwife is realy nice just happened that i fell downstairs and had to go for an unplanned scan.... sorry for ur bad expiernce but at least u know baby is ok which is the main thing..congrats on bein on team blue...hope the rest of ur pregnancy goes well for ya

oh and i totaly agree with u...i got bad pics at my 1st scan and asked for new 1s there and then...its my 1st baby and as u said this is something so special u did the right thing !!
