I'm Currently Feeling: | Well I'd wait for a couple of weeks - a month before using Johnson's, they are such a trusted brand name when it comes to child stuff so I don't think it would give your LO a rash or anything ? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I actually then tried Dove, but didn't like that either. What I did like was Aveno and it worked a charm on baby's skin. A bit more expensive than the others, but worth it.
I even love the Aveno lotion for adults. Great stuff. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I remember my nurses using the soap to bathe the babies after delivery and giving me the little bottle to take home. My babes had no trouble with it, but you don't really "bathe" baby until the umbilical cord falls off, so I don't think it matters much. It is true that what is considered healthy changes so often. I think if you take everything too literally, you are going to be one of those obsessive compulsive moms who can't handle anything! If you are worried about it, I would look into soap/lotions like Cetaphil which have no dies or scents and aren't really soap. My dd uses it for her exzema and it works well. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Aw, I´ve got some Johnsons. Ah well just have to use it myself, lol.
Quick question - How long does it take for the umbilical cord to fall off? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I firmly believe in 'Infacare'... It's been around for years and years, and was even used by the hospitals... may still even be used. My Mum used it... and me... and I keep recommending it to everyone. WOnderful stuff | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | To test it out, I have quite sensitive skin on my face. I actually tried using the baby soap on my face and, lo and behold, it actually made my face dry.
If it made my skin dry and also my little one's, then I don't think it's great a product. | | | | Status: Offline
