I for one don't see the point of £800 travel systems when others do the job just as well. If you have pots of money then cool, go for it, otherwise why waste it? (TBH, we are not on a 'tight' budget for LO but I still wouldn't spend that sort of money anyway.) All you are paying for really is the name.

I don't know about Graco though, I have heard the odd negative comment. How about a Britax system?

No....dont think gonna go for it. We looked the system uponline last night and its only worth £100 !! ......i think you pay for what you get to a ceratin degree.......might go for the babystyle oyster.....that seems popular but a more reasonable price than the icandy

Ahhhh, those point systems can be such a con!

We liked the babystyle, I think we'll either go for that or the Britx 3-wheeler which looked great.

The hauck Malibu does look pretty good. Sorry to hijack the thread but is the coccoon that comes with it suitable for baby to sleep in or would I need to get a seperate moses basket?

I wouldnt say 300 was cheap and cheerful!

Spend as little as you need as there are other things to buy. I am using a free hand me down one, as long as I can get from a 2 b and places in between.. i do not worry what it looks like.
