I'm Currently Feeling: | tummy feels hard and full all the time now i'm 17 weeks tomorrow and over the past week, my tummy has become very hard and feels really full all the time, like i've just eaten a huge meal. i feel really bloated.
does this just mean by baby is getting bigger and i'm beginning to show? is your tummy supposed to feel really hard and swollen? | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | Where your uterus is normally gets quite hard but some days it can be soft still too.
As for the feeling really full all the time, I don't know what causes that but I remember feeling like that quite early on too. It can't be the size of your baby just yet because it's still too small. For me the feeling went away after a while and I've only recently got it back. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I don't feel full, but I told my MW I don't ever feel like eating. I have to force myself for the baby. She said it's probably cause shes very high up, limiting the growth of my stomach for food. Also mine felt hard alot too around 16 week. Bit more balloony now at 23 weeks. | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I got the full feeling (still do sometimes) throughout second trimester, I just assumed that the baby had moved up into a bad position that made me feel fuller.............horrible feeling, but it does go away when the baby moves lower (mine did at least). | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I used to be like that around 16-18 weeks. Not sure what causes it though? | | | | Status: Online

| You are definitely not alone.
I am like that as well-all the time. It drives me crazy- I just want a normal eating day. The eating thing is totally messed up- if I eat more than a sandwich (a SMALL sandwich) in a sitting I feel as if I am going to burst. For hours and hours. But I am still putting on weight like the dickens! A stone so far and I am only 16+2.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Tell me about it. If I stand up for too long I get an ache at the top of my bump and the rest of it feels rock hard. And anything I eat makes me feel full, even an apple!!! | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I get that hard feeling in my stomach at times as well and then sometimes it goes away. I guess it is just your uterus, as when my midwife did her checks last week, she felt just below my belly button and said my uterus was in the right place for 17 and a bit weeks. | | | | Status: Offline
