it's a complicated old business isn't it?

Anyone considering or have any experience with the Quinny Buzz 3? That's what I've been thinking about, but am looking for one with a carrycot AND car seats.

Any other 3 in 1 suggestions greatfully received too lol.

Has anyone seen a travel system with carycot and carseat for under £200 or am I being really unrealistic
I feel like I've been looking at prams and pushchairs since I found out I was pregnant and it's really stressing me out now. I don't have much money to spend and definetly want to try out using a baby carrier as much as possible so I don't want to spend to much on the pram anyone got any advice?!

We have a tight budget too, max will probably be £350 and as you say, there is little out there for this price.
xx

I want a travel system where each piece comes off entirely and is interchangeable. The Hauck range look good, theres one called the malibu which isnt out in the shops yet, but looks perfect for me. Its at good price if bought online, but Im a stickler for online ordering and prefer to go and try out for real before I buy something. I wouldnt get taken in by fancy brand names, colours, or the latest trend, just whats going to be comfortable for you and the baby.
I have seen a Hauck one for £250.00 in a sale on kiddicare and it comes with a video to show how each piece comes off and goes on. I like it but as you say, prefer t try out. Kiddicare is just too far for us though xx

We've opted for the mountain buggy urban. My aunt used this with her daughter from birth until she was four. It's designed for all terrain - great if you like the outdoors! It's dead easy to assemble and it's light! We love it and can't wait to show it off.

My friend has a Buzz 3 and she loved it until her little girl was about a year old. At which point they traded it in for a McClaren Stroller. They bought it from Ebay so it didn't have the XL seat that they come with now. It is quite heavy but the folding mechanism is really good. The wheel base at the back is quite wide but it still fits through most shop doors. The baby shop I visited yesterday said there have been some problems with the Carrycot tipping downwards and consequently the baby sliding down the cot. Apparently, they have solved the problem with some new adapters so you just have to make sure your pushchair has them. Have you looked at the Maxi Cosi Mura - it's essentially the same pushchair as Maxi Cosi also make the Quinny, but slightly cheaper? Brio have got a new model coming out, Silver Cross have their new model "The Surf" which is their answer to Bugaboo and there is also the Babystyle Oyster if you don't mind a low carrycot as that takes the Maxi Cosi and Britax car seat. Someone also mentioned the Britax Vigour which is great if you can find one. It's been replaced by the Britax B Smart which personally I don't like as much as they have changed the fabric to an inferior one.

Hmm Kinda putting me off now. I only really want to fork out the money for something like this if it is going to be used right up til bubbs is about 3. I did fancy the Mura, but can't seem to find anywhere that stocks it, so I can go and have a play about with it.

The search continues..........

MissMouseMum - Glasgow Pram Centre stock the Mura. It's £294.40 for the stroller and £124.20 for the Carrycot. Is it anywhere near you?? I went to their stand at the BabyShow in London last month and they were really helpful. I think the Quinny would last until 3 years old if you buy the new version as it comes with two seat units, the standard size and then the XL.
