Dont ask them, just tell them - im going on break. if they complain, mention the law! Always scares them. if they still complain you have rights  Luckily my work are quite supportive so i dont have this problem, but i know from other jobs sometimes you get some really uppity people who think they rule the roost, so everyone has to revolve around them! I've told people where to stick it before, i certainly wouldn't be afraid to do that now!! Good luck x |

I just cant handle getting stressed out with my students that cant be bothered, so i cant be bothered either. worked out i've done enough over the last year to still qualify for Maternity allowance though |
