Since I already have a boy and girl I have lots of stuff for both, I've thrown nothing out. So no matter what im prepared. I did find out with my first 2 though. I think not knowing is making my pregnancy seem to go slower im so curious to find out.

Well, our baby is not cooperating and just wants to keep us guessing.
We've had three ultrasounds and we've finally managed to take all the necessary measurements and baby is very healthy, but def. likes being curled up

None of the techs have been able to get a good shot at what's between his/her legs :hahaha:

Go TEAM YELLOW

I didn't find out with my DD and we're not finding out this time. With my DD we never considered finding out, we just wanted the surprise and this time we're just doing it again. It was the best surprise when she was born.

Also not sounding mean but a few of my friends were pregnant at the same time and when they had their babies it was kind of like oh Sam's here or Kate's here you know? I just don't think I'd find it as exciting knowing all the details beforehand. I love surprises!

And I didn't find it hard preparing, I bought green and yellow but I ended up coming home from hospital with 4 washing baskets full of pink! Everyone buys you stuff when the baby is born.

It's been a very long and invasive journey for us. We were trying over 4 years to conceive and during that time I've done all kinds of things, from surgical procedures, I became quite the expert on Cervical Mucus, and was never afraid to discuss this with others who are also trying (we would be excited even!) I put thermometers where they are not mean to go and succumb to various medical drug remedies. I knew exactly when I was ovulating, when my period should be arriving, Doctors knew my body better than I did. Then of course comes IVF, which is a whole other kettle of fish...There is just no dignity or modesty left after IVF lol...

So after everything, we just wanted something to remain natural, out of our hands, uncontrolled and unexpected....That thing happens to be the sex of our child. So that's why we're choosing not to find out. We just want something to be a surprise

Hasn't even occured to us to find out for either pregnancy. Totally a personal preference thing but I just don't feel the need to know in advance, quite traditional in that way. It's making picking names a little harder, but in terms of being prepared for either sex, I wouldn't be rushing out to buy loads of blue/pink anyway, and like Lou Lou says, you tend to get bought loads of stuff as soon as the baby arrives.

I want the surprise! I'm honestly not bothered either way, after having a miscarriage last year I know how blessed I am to have a healthy baby, so I'm saving the surprise for its birthday.
Go team yellow!

the ultimate surprise will be when my baby is placed on me and told if we have either a boy or girl, and it doesnt matter which sex it is, just as long as they are healthy.

I dont feel unprepared i have everything already, will take one blue outfit to hospital and one pink and see what outfit we need to bring baby out in.....i get so excited thinking about it!xx
