Second hand stuff?

My sister has just made me feel bad for looking at 2nd hand clothes for LO on ebay!!

I am going to bid on this http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT

It is sooo cute!

But she was like ''why are you buying used stuff for new baby?''

I told her well why not, I mean its been worn like once or twice, and for under a tenner off ebay I can get a bundle of 40 items, if a few of them get here and are a little worn or bobbly from washing, I'll give them to the charity shop.

Things like the cow print thing, its only gonna be worn once or twice before the baby has grown out of it!
What's the difference between family hand-me-downs and buying 2nd hand??

She made me feel bad for it even though I know there is nothing wrong with it! Lol

Awww that is sooo cute!

Theres nothing wrong with second hand stuff! Especially for a baby they grow out of things so quick its probally only had a few months use anyway. Ive bought a few outfits second hand from ebay, and I couldnt even tell they had been used

xx

Too right I have bought some stuff on ebay, second hand things that have hardly been worn. Even though most baby things are cheap in shops these days other things are mega money like those snowsuits and the sleeping bags too so I've bought some stuff on ebay so don't worry about it at all!

As long as you wash it when it arrives it's as good as brand new to me!

Absolutely nothing wrong with it!

I would go for it, i have baby baths, moses basket, cot, shoes, tons of clothes etc all second hand. Some more worn than others but some with tags on! People throw away too much and its a waste! Go for it xxx

Secondhand bottles, blankets, everything!
I have two moses baskets, both secondhand, one I bought for £20 which was brand new with tags from mothercare and a stand! xx

All the clothes I have bought so far (about 40 outfits) have been bought secondhand. Babies grow out of their clothes so fast, so all the clothes are like brand new. Why pay a fortune for outfits they are gonna grow out of in a few months time? That to me sounds more ridiculous than buying second hand lol. I spent about $30 so far lol.

A lady from my local freecycle is about to give me a bunch of stuff. It's all used but in good condition. I couldn't be happier.

That little cow print outfit is ADORABLE!
