had such a bad day :-(

I had such a horrible day today. It was work. I was so stressed out. I work in a Solicitors office and the amount of work that was put on my desk today was unreal I was sooooo stressed out. I felt so bad for LO I try not to get stressed. I was really really close to tears. In the end I just had to say to myself I don't care! anyway i'm home now and glad to be able to talk to you girls. I have been feeling alot of pressure in the last few days like my bump is really heavy if you know what i mean. I'm going to try and relax now for the night and hopefully i won't feel so bad. thanks for listening to me. Can't wait to get some sleep tonight

Have you had a pregnancy risk assessment done?

If it's stressing you out, i'd be inclined to ask.

That is exactly what I did with my job because I also work in a high stress job. And after I suffered a nasty fall for the 3rd time at my office, I demanded they either have me work from home or I will speak to my GP. I went to my GP anyway and he wrote a note that I should only work from home.

Maybe talk to your doctor and get they're support and go to your boss and talk about reducing the work load. Explain that your worried about the stress hurting your bub and hopefully they'll be understanding. Hope work gets better
