It's really good. It covers everything and has little wallets to put stuff in & special sticky dots to stick pictures in and remove them without damaging them.

I don't have a baby record book but I did find a nice pregnancy journal. It has everything in it.

I have a similar pregnancy journal,I mean it's the same kind but different brand...It's very cute.

I learned with my DS, a baby record book is only as good as the record keeper. I still have so many blank pages that have not been filled in. Honestly if you are good at journelling, a regular album/book will work just the same.
