My second labour was more painful, but I do believe that was due to how quick it was and because I started to lose my breathing etc towards the end. I didn't have any pain etc around the scar - this is often an early sign of rupture

Hi JASMAK - not been online in a few days so only just seen your thread..
Me & you in same boat huni, i really really want a VBAC after 2 previous sections. Ist one was emergency 2nd one elective. I know that as long as this pregnancy continues with no problems then there is no reason why I cant deliver normally.. POSITIVE thinking all the way
Have done loads of research and there is plenty good info on the subject out there, I suggest reading "Vaginal Birth after Caeserean" and "Ina Mays Guide to Childbirth" plus visiting the VBAC website which has good links to others also.
Im seeing the consultant on the 24th of this month & im prepared for anything negative he has to say. Im actually thinking that the best way for me to achieve the VBAC is to opt for a homebirth, Im scared that by going into the large maternity hospital the likliehood of another section increases!!
