Gas (TMI)

For a couple of weeks now I've been extremely gassy... I'm not sure how it's related to what I eat, as even when I eat completely different things, I still seem to get it. I'm a vegetarian, lately I have been eating just lots of veggies and bread (and cakes....and biscuits...).

Anyone have any suggestions? Any foods/teas to make it better?

A couple of times I've had one of the cats sit in my lap when I've let one escape...you should see how a cat can run!!

I know how you feel - it's pretty uncomfy too isn't it?

I like mint tea - I think mint in general helps.

I was going to say peppermint tea too. Unfortunatly it's just one of those things with pregnancy though.

My OH tells me it happens a lot at night and sometimes I wake myself up with it, look a bit shocked and then fall asleep again.

It's just one of those things.
It's why I believe the words "pregnant" and "lady" should never be used in the same sentence.

Most of the time I try to go somewhere quiet because I hate doing anything like that around DH. Even burping and that's become quite a popular one

He asked me the other day if I ever wake myself up at night. When I said No. Why? He started laughing He says the sounds that come from me all during the night are funny and certainly keep him awake

We can't help it
