I'm the same! I drink decaf tea with breakie and fresh orange (loving fresh orange at the mo) and during the day I drink fruit juice/cordial, with the odd decaf tea/coffee in between. I take a pint of water to bed with me which I polish off through the night as I get really thirsty in the night, but that's it! I should drink more water really, but I never do!

xx

The only beverage I drink these days is water!!! I drink at least 2 and half litres of water a day. Occasionally, I have ginger beer and caffeine-free diet coke. I should try drinking some fruit juice?

I think they say about 10 glasses of water a day which equals to about 2 litres, confused though, does that mean we can mix it with cordial? I also like drinking the asda flavoured water

At work I have an ice water cooler in my office, so I easily get my water quota on weekdays, weekends though I get a little slack lol

I barely drink water, never have drunk much... DH buys bottled water though and I've been trying to do a couple of 500ml bottles each day - I've been mixing Crystal Light into it (basically powdered cordial...) and making it as dilute as possible..

xx

Same here...I need one of those fridges that has a water dispenser, that'd do the trick!
