Just be careful with your pelvis hun, cuz if you have SPD you need to keep it in as good alignment at all times as possible.

If you keep within your pain limit, then I would imagine you'd be ok... you could always ask for one of those ramp things that kids can use to roll the ball down!

I'd say it should be ok. Just use the lighter balls. The MUCH lighter balls... you know the ones that the 5yr olds bowl with?

I went bowling a few weeks after a knee operation and managed to keep everything intact (not the same scenario I know) I just walked up to the ally with the ball in both hands and gently rolled it down LOL
Hey I didn't do too badly either!

That sounds like a good idea - if you are not too I know people who have gone bowling and been fine. I think I would find it quite tiring but I think it's really a personal thing. Having said that we went for a long walk up a nice hill before I knew I was pregnant and I loved it (just wondered why I was more out of breath that usual - lol).

We went last week and i won !! i was awesome ! ha ha
I used a really light ball and i was fine, sit down between turns and make sure you drink lots of water. It gets real hot at our bowling alley so i was worried about getting dehydrated.
Go and enjoy yourself xxx

well ladies i made it and im back in one piece!!

have a lovely time with oh and maddy, had 2 games, mark won the first (fluke) lol and i won the second however maddy doesnt no....
she was so excited and loved every minute, i on the other hand, got my thumb stuck in one ball, tore my thumb nail off and broke my middle finger nail....*yes thats how good i was*
I really dont know how i won the second round...maddy was only 4 points behind me lol
we hid the scores from her at the end as she was desperate to win and just before we collected the shoes i managed to get the girl behind the counter to slip a chubba lollypop in maddys shoe.....we then told her as we were goin to get them that the winner would have a lolly in their shoe bless her little cotton socks her smile was amazing!

we then went to frankie and bennys for lunch so had a lovely day!!
