have i got heartburn?

Never really had it before but its like a tightness in my chest and i feel like i want to keep burping ive not really eaten so wudnt have thought it was indegestion?

maybe. I feel like burping...general unwell feeling, and almost a "burning in my chest and throat, although sometimes not all the way up to my throat. It just feels like my food sits in my stomach and doesn't move. Gaviscon helps, but is disgusting. I think if you take an antacid and it goes away, that is probably what it is. Stay away from high fats, and spicy foods, and don't eat and lay down right away.

I get a burning sensation that comes. Alot when I start to get hungry. I use Tums to relieve the pain.

yeah could be. I getit all the time and not always in relation to eating. Its a burning tightness in the chest and throat and reflux of acid coming up and burping. Horrible!! I cant get rid of it!!! Its worse when im moving around and getting up and down doing cleaning and stuff!
