I'm Currently Feeling: | I never really know how many months I am so when people ask me I make it up - what ever sort of sounds right but it can mean I tell several people different things in one day. |

And when people say 9 months it doesn't mean as soon as you hit the 9 month mark you have your baby, it's nine FULL months, if that makes any sense.. Basically on the verge of being 10 months. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Oh, I actually understand how to calculate it properly, I put in 26.1 x 7 divided by 31, and got 5.89, but if I go by 30, I get 6.09,.. so I'm assuming I'm right in the middle of that. But thanks for all the responses. |

| I just say it in weeks. It's alot more accurate.
But for when people ask how many months I am this is how I work it out:
1-4 weeks 1st month
5-8 weeks 2nd month
9-12 weeks 3rd month
etc etc etc
Which would mean I am now 5 months (21 weeks) and when I'm 26 weeks I'll be 6 months.
Although shouldn't we really be working in actual months? Say for example. my LMP was 28 November so really I'll only be 5 months on the 28th of this month? That seems to be the most correct. | | | | Status: Offline

But thanks for all the responses. | I actually do it by 30 days in a month. I tried one of the links posted here earlier in the thread and with my calculations it worked out the same as what the link calculated for me. http://www.i-am-pregnant.com/ |
