I went to my pre-natal classes yesterday and the woman said you can have alcohol but wait 2 hours before breastfeeding because by that point there is no alcohol going through the breast milk.
Yeah... of course you can have a drink when you breast feed... you have to wait an hour for each unit that you've drunk, after your last drink... ( probably about 15 in my case !!)... and then you 'Pump & Dump' one lot... then go on to feed......
Just thought I'd let ya'll know that if you go into your User CP and click on edit signature, you can see a preview of your current signature and see what it looks like that day. I know because I do it like everyday lol!
