24 weeks .. what kind of movement are you getting?

i dont really get loads of movment .... i usually have to lie down to get him to move, its very rare i will feel him move sitting at my desk. A girl i no thats a day behind me said she feels the baby all the time no matter shes doing. Do you think im not feeling enough movment for 24 weeks? i only heard heartbeat on tuesday night so i no hes there lol xx

I do feel baby quite a bit, i know im behind you but they say it can depend on the position of your placenta i think, i wouldnt worry, you feel them most when you lay down and relax, how about when you get in the bath???Thats my bubs most active time lol!!!xx

I feel Chickpea pretty regularly, however I do have days where I feel much less movement but my guess is that is growing time. Usually feel most movement when I am lying down on my back, but have just started to feel kicking when lying on my side too. Haven't felt much movement when walking around, however last night in the supermarket Chickpea was having a good old dance around.

Saying all that, I've not felt much today so far and with someone else pointing out that bubs is very active in the bath, my wee dude tends to be quite still when I'm having a bath.

So what I'm trying to say is that everyone is different dude, so there really is no need to worry

I have only just been feeling baby regular this week and I am 26+2 now, I can feel him moving from the outside like a little elbow sticking out and him rolling around and my tummys still not that big yet, its a bit freeky but at 24 weeks I was still getting the odd kick when I layed down, My bump has appeared from now where since then and I am getting pushed ribs and all sorts! Your new 2 - 3 weeks you'll see a massive change chick xxx

i'm worrying about this too laura, youre couple weeks ahead of me but im convinced something isnt right. I too can feel baby when laying down more than when sittingor standing, i get the occasional prod when im sat down but nothing to get too excited about. im also worrying because my son has been pretty rough with my bump lately which is causing me to think this is why baby isnt moving too much. he moves when promted or when i drink cold water and eat, but other than that hes quite lazy. ya know what girl, i think you and i should become baby and bump best buds, we sound like the same person lol

Well I am 24 weeks, 25 weeks tomorrow and I generally during the day will feel little kicks down low just under my bump while I am sat at my desk at work. If I am really busy at work I wont always notice it!!

When I get home and lay down I will start feeling stronger kicks and I willl feel her rolling around etc. But then some days she will be quiet al day!x

When I was 24 weeks I didn't really feel the baby whilst sitting at my desk either was mainly when I was lying down too. Even now at 26 I still feel him
more when I'm lying down. Some days he kicks me all day like yesterday but today he is very quiet he gave me 4 big kicks this morning when I was lying in bed but whilst iv been at work have only felt a few faint movements.
Every baby is different some are a lot more active.
Some one I know when she was pregnant with her third never use to feel the baby until 9pm every night and her baby was perfectly healthy

I think it is different for everyone! All babies have different personalities. I only realised that what I was feeling was my baby a week or so ago. Over the last few days I am feeling kicks all the time - he kicks me constantly when I'm driving to work (with the music on). And right now, while I'm sitting at my desk at work (shhhh don't tell the boss!) I am feeling him kicking - it's making me jump!

But on the other hand, I never feel him first thing in the morning and I have felt nothing in the bath even though I have one every night. So many people have told me that's when they are most active but certainly not my little boy!!
