Not a problem, that's why this site is here.
I had SPD with my first pregnancy, was on crutches for the last weeks, and was induced on my due date, as I couldn't take the pain anymore. I went on to have a normal, if very long, birth. It ended in a forceps delivery, and I was put in stirrups.... both a big no-no when it comes to SPD.... but I was fine after that... the odd slight niggle, and I couldn't kick a football very hard after that, but other than that, fine.
Second pregnancy, I experienced symptoms from really early on... within the first trimester, and was on crutches alot earlier too. My pelvis was much more wobbly than it had been first time round, which I now believe to be from not having physio post-natally. My waters went a weeks early, and nothing else happened, so again, I was induced. Ethans heartrate got dodgy, and my temp went up at the end of the labour, so they put me in stirrups, and performed a ventouse delivery, it was all very panicked at the end, and I remember I pushed really really really hard... then they left me in the stirrup for a while after while they were attending to Ethan.....
I had an epidural with both labours, therefore couldn't feel any pain in my pelvis to warn me that I was overstretching....
When the epidural wore off, I was in absolute agony. I literally couldn't move on the bed. They forced me to get up and walk. I used Ethans trolley to hold onto, and was actually crying with the pain, but all they did was give me tablets, and said I needed to walk

I went through the night like that, begging for something stronger for the pain, and in the end they very huffily gave me a little cup of liquid morphine, which did nothing....
The next day, they got the physio up to me, and she told me my pelvis was split !!! She was fuming that I'd been made to walk, and that she hadn't ben called earlier...
It took 3 months of post-natal physio to get everything back together again, but it's never been quite right.
I have had it pretty severe, and to be honest, it should have been fine with both of my labours, but the last time, I think that there were just too many mistakes made. Thats why I'm wary of a natural birth, and because it's happened once, my pelvis may remember next time, and just seperate again.
I always seem to write an essay on this subject

Sorry
Anyways.... what I'm saying is.... you can have a perfectly normal delivery, as long as the SPD is treated properly. It is becoming slowly more recognised as being more than 'just a pregnancy symptom', so luckily, most midwives do refer to physio... But if you're finding that they aren't listening... you need to just be persistent.... Also, go to a Chiropractor... I always say that... but I've had really good experiences with them, and they are expensive, but worth it in the bigger picture.
