Bread

Hi all i just had a cheese and tomato Panini for lunch and whilst munching through i was thinking about how much bread i have been eating, i did go up with the intention of having a salad but there wasn't anything nice and they had no ham for a sarnie so the panini won this aint too bad but i had toast [brown bread] and scrambled egg for brekkie about 10am! i don't eat much at home [bread i mean] but because i'm buying my lunch and brekkie at work it's mostly surrounded by bread which aint that good so anyone any good suggestions of lunch stuff i can get on way home tonight to make my lunches a bit more healthy whilst still remaining nice???

oh i'm pretty fussy so anything with peppers, mushrooms or fish is out i look forward to hearing/making your replies many thanks x

I'm not used to being able to eat whatever I want. I had to try so hard to keep myself small. Now I'm pregnant, I'm just enjoying myself. Especially as it's over soon and I have to go back to being healthy, ick!
