im the same, tho not so tired now the headaches are driving me crazy, the only thing that seems to help for me is fresh air and paracetamol. I take my paracetamol and take the dog a wee walk x

Loads of water is good, thought needing a wee all the time might not help with the tiredness! I have been using that '4head' thing, which does help take the edge off

If you're working try to organise your day so you're doing all the indepth stuff in the morning, and the lighter admin tasks in the afternoon when you're tired x
