I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi - any advice anyone? Hi
I havent posted on the trimester boards before. The last time I logged in I was desperately trying clomid.
I am now 18+3 pregnant and due to our history my anxiety levels are a million miles off the scale!!!!
I have felt no movement that I can definately attribute to baby. A couple of feelings that might be and then I wonder if I have just imagined them! The birth unit are being very supportive and every few days we go down and a midwife listens to the heartbeat for us. That keeps me going about 3 days maximum!!!!! To add insult to injury I have an anterior placenta (!!!!) so its even harder to feel anything much
Are there others who at this stage have felt nothing really???????
Oh and my anomoly scan isnt for another 3 weeks, which is another current freak out! After Jacob being perfect but becoming an angel anyway, everything feels so tentative.
Hope someone has words of wisdom.
Kate

I'm Currently Feeling: | Hi Kate
I am currently 17 +4 and I've not felt anything. This is my second pregnancy and although my first went to plan (there were problems once she was born) I feel so anxious this time it;s mad!
I went through a stage of thinking it had all gone wrong - felt reassured when I heard the heartbeat at 16 weeks but the last couple of days have felt anxious again, wondering if I would know if anything had happened.
I hear of people with second pregnancy saying they felt baby much earlier - this hasn't happened for me.
It's good to hear your birth unit is being supportive - try to stay positive. Not sure what else to say.... | | | | Status: Offline

I'm Currently Feeling: | I didn't feel anything until after 19 weeks and even than it was very sporadic and hard to tell if it was the baby until about 24 weeks or so. |

| I didn't feel anything I was certain was baby until over 19 weeks with my first - I thought I felt the odd bubble from around 16 weeks, but the sensations were so subtle I was never sure until I was over 19 weeks.
-Some women don't feel movement until quite a bit later, its all quite normal! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I guess should say this is my 4th pregnancy. 2 daughters of 19 and 22 and last March Jacob was born sleeping at 37 weeks. With Jacob I felt the beginnings of movements at about 15 weeks so this definately isnt earlier for me

I never had any of the flutters or anything that ppl talk about, just one night when i layed on my back to read i suddenly felt a few little jabs and i felt the same thing the next few nights so i knew then it was the baby. Since then he has active days and quite days. |
