I'm Currently Feeling:

Achey bones.

I've noticed probably since friday that my bones are quite achey.

In particular my hips, thighs and lower back. When I'm sat and I have to move off or when in bad and turning over.

Do you think this is just normal stretching etc or could it be something more sinister....my sister had bad SPD and I'm hoping I'm not going down that road.
I'm probably just paranoid as every other woman on here seems to have it!!!

my hips and knees are a nightmare when I get out of bed in the morning Ive heard and I may be wrong that its to do with the hormone relaxin which loosens all your joints and can be painful if in doubt ask your doc or midwife
