just felt something!

So im just sitting here reading through the threads.. and i just felt a movement, i think? it felt .. oh i cant describe it! /how do i know if it was the baby? it was low down(ish)

I know what you mean but yes it is hard to describe. I got it yesterday but not at all today. I know it wasn't gas as normally I feel my gas on the right side and this was on the left and way lower where I normally put my doppler for finding baby. I hope many more follow

I felt it last week for the first time - like a nerve twitching? Today I felt it a lot stronger - a very strange feeling like a fish flapping! That sounds so bizarre - it was like when your stomach flips but low down and to the left (last weeks twitching was on the right - can it change?)

that early it is hard to tell but I started to feel flutters at 16 weeks , first real kicks only came at 19 weeks.

sjminimac this felt exactly like a nerve twitching! i really hope this was it! i think it can change it might depend what position your baby is in x

Mine felt like it does when you poke the inside of your mouth with your tongue.

I felt the first flutters around 16 weeks they were quite low down but over the next few weeks there will be no mistaking it.

I have been feeling definite kicks for a few weeks now and we went to the pictures this afternoon it was very loud lots of banging and shouting (saw crazies) anyway I actually saw her kick and for the first time OH felt it with his hand.... truly amazing I don't think I will ever tire. And the thing is now I not hanging on for every hospital/midwife visit just so we can hear the heart beat!
